You can screw the adapter into the top of the HPOP and it will give you the LPOP pressure. Check out the following thread.

I installed the gage and I have 50 psi at the LPOP. As soon as the injectors quit oiling the engine gets in a strain. I now assume both sides are not oiling when the oiling quit however I never noticed the oil quiting on the passenger side when I was checking that side. Is there a pressure regulator on the HPOP that could be causing this problem or a blockage between the HPOP and the injectors?

!!!Uptate!!! The symptoms are the truck starts basically ok. Within a minute the injectors quit oiling and now instead of just running bad the truck quits. Since our last talk, I have installed a gage at the top of the engine at the HPOP also. I already had one installed at the oil filter. The one at the oil filter reads 50 and the one at the HPOP reads 60 until the injectors quit oiling and then the engine quits. I have replaced the IPR and the ICP as well as previously the IDM, valve cover gaskets with new wiring and one pigtail. I don't know what the problem is. The engine has new oil and filter.

Thanks John, Ted and others who have helped me. I have had the truck running for about a week. After the IDM, ICP, IPR and then the HPOP, I got the truck running. It was still acting up and I put in a CPS. It then ran consistant but had a miss. I took it to a shop and #8 cylinder was missing. I put in the 3rd injector replacement and it is now running fine.
