Well it's been 2 weeks since I took delivery now, but here is what I've been waiting four months for.

Lariat 6.2L CC 4X4 SB 4.30 E-locker White Platinum Metallic/Black Leather.

I'm really loving this thing.

Take a look.

Congrats on the new truck!

I don't think you'll be disappointed in its towing abilities, the transmission is pretty impressive.

Thumbs up Awesome

Awesome! Congrats...

Yeah...towing with the 4.30 gears and tranny combo...is really a fun experience.

Just a word of caution: While towing in Tow/Haul mode...the downshifts can be aggressive. Something to think about in a sudden stop situation or riding down a mountain pass.

Good point....and to add to that, make sure you don't use T/H in 2wd in snowy conditions. It will get you WAY out of shape WAY quick when it downshifts....ask me how I know.

I love mine, am at 8.6mpg's right now but I'm still enjoying the heck out of my 93 tune. I need to drop it back to the 87 economy and see if it helps me any, but prior to the tune/tires, I was getting around 10-11 city, 14hwy. I think I'm a worst case scenario, I work from home and drive my truck short trips (~3 miles) a couple times a day and it's all hills and stop and go where I live...
