Ebay truck in La Vergne

I know somebody here is from La Vergne. Has anybody ever seen this truck or is it a scam?

Looks to good to be this cheap.

You never know with so many ways to trick and scam folks thru these on-line auctions. Truck looks great and price seems reasonable for not being complete in my opinion.
