Any difficulties in switching a 144 with a 170?

I'm looking at buying a '63 econoline truck with a blown 144 engine. Maybe a dumb question since from what I gather the only difference between a 170 and 144 is the stroke. Will a 170 just drop right in without changing anything?

Thanks for the help

144, 170 and 200's are the same , but I think late 200's have starters in a different location like the 289's
