Cannot get the crank pulley off tool needed

Hi i am trying to get the crank pulley off my ford 223 engine but no luck.I have tryed to use a hub puller but no luck.I have looked in the manual and its says there is a tool that you use.Help but i am in the uk so lending,hire i dont think will happen.I have tryed and tryed but it will not come off thanks

Have you put an impact wrench on the puller? I got mine off with my steeering wheel puller set and my 3/8" drive impact. Worked great except I didn't put the cone on the end and messed up the threads on the crank. I was able to chase them, but it's a rookie mistake and I shoulda known better.
