Can any one point me to a source for bolt torque specs for my 2003 F-350 7.3L PSD DRW Lariat? I have an imediate need to specs on the Panhard and sway bar bolt torque specs, but would like all why I am at it.

Not sure what you are calling "panhard"

But does this help ? 4 x 2 Front.

 

Get it tight then use a big piece of pipe on the end of the wrench and give it another 1/4 -1/2 turn and you should be good

 

roger on the 80lb-ft for the sway.

Just to be sure on the drivers side Panhard Bar Bolt

1/4 to 1/2 past sounds a little iffy to me, especially for a guy that tend to break bolts. Any suggestions on actual torque?

 

ah, 4 x 4 front.

Track bar = Panhard?

Same spec, Both ends

 

4 x 4 front sway.

All appear to be the same as 4 x 2

What sucks about mine is that it is old.. 2003.. I want to look for a new better one and if someone has one, Please post it. Mine is terrible to find stuff, most times it is quicker to just search online or use autozone, It is scratched from the dog and i am about to toss it out the window because it don't work all the time and don't work with my 64bit vista.

Just received in my cd from above link. Post 10 for $12.. Same thing i have and you can see the type of illustrations it offers, above.. .. Sweet.

The cd i had was scratched and abused and locked up on occasion. Glad i got the same thing because i know my way around it.

Danskool, How are you supposed to get 406 ft lbs of torque? My torque wrench only goes up to 150 ft lbs.

 

Get this guy to help and cut the 150 ft lb wrench to about 1/3 its length?

 

I always like to refer to a general bolt spec chart, [dia,tpi,grade,lubed or not lubed threads]. to compare, sometimes there can be a misprint which can lead to broken bolts or things falling apart.

 

Jody, you have to buy a torque wrench someplace other than Harbor Freight.
