1980 Ford F-100 4x4 Conversion
I live in Medford and I'm working on doing a 4x4 conversion on my 2wd F-100. I have everything but new (j-yard) radius arms, rear driveline and I need to find a new outer shell for my NP-208 transfer case. The t-case is married to an NP-435 and comes with front diff, 3rd member, front driveline, both IFS axles, 3-4" lift (front/rear), Warn Hubs, dual shock setup, add a leaf, axle shafts and several misc parts. I'm only doing the conversion for an as needed scenario, I'm not looking to go wheeling or anything. I got the 300 4.9L L6 and have done a lot of work to it. After I get all the parts I need for the conversion, what kind of things should I do to ensure everything is going to work how it should or what I should do before/during/after the whole conversion?

That is a big project, I know on the older trucks, that the frames are so different between a 2wd and a 4wd, that makes it very hard to convert one. I have a 80 Bronco with the IFS, I have not looked at a 2wd to see what is different about them. Post pictures of your project to see how it is going.
