I was wondering what Ford lists as the towing capacity for a gooseneck trailer on a 2006 F250 Superduty with the 6.0 Diesel.

I'm just looking for a single number, I know I'll have to take tongue weight, etc. into account later. For example, the rating on the truck for weight carrying is 6,000 lb and weight distributing 12,500 lb but I can't find a number for a gooseneck.

 

I'll go look at the manual in my glovebox.

 

The GCWR is listed at 23,000lbs. My truck weighs 8,000lbs or so so that leaves 15,000lbs.
