Where can I find technical drawing for a 1956

I am building a 1956 from parts and I need a drawing on how the front cab supports go together. I found a technical diagram for a 70 s model ford truck but nothing for the f100s. I am looking for detailed blowup pics with all parts shown, thanks

This catalog has lots of exploded drawings of just about every part on your truck. I highly recommend it; 1948-56 Ford Truck Master Parts Catalog CD - HiPo Parts Garage

Earl's World has some info as well: http://www.clubfte.com/users/earl/Re...on Information

I will take a look through my hipo catalog and see what I can find on the front cab mounts.

Welcome to FTE! We love pictures. Lots of pictures. What are your plans for this truck? Did I mention we love pictures.

I have a fairlane front fiberglass shell that came with the truck. The 56 cab has a small window but has zero rust and no holes. It's cherry. I am welding up the IFS this week and would like to get the cab mounted completely. I have had this truck for four years now and between kids and deployment I MIGHT get to start this project...

Seems to between kids and deployment you might NOT get to start this project!

A big back window kit is available if the small window doesn't suit you.

I guess we forgot to mention we like pictures!

Try pg 116 of the Mid Fifty catalog. Mid Fifty F-100 Parts - Home You can download it or call them toll free and they will send you a printed one for free. Anyone building a 53 - 56 must have one in the shop! It's almost as good as the factory manual and in some ways better because it also includes info and drawings on modifications as well as OEM. Also give them a call for any of your parts needs, the gals are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and you get tootsie rolls with your order!
