Rockauto shows one for a 1957 F-350, actually several. The Wagner part they list is MC22975 for 1 1/16" bore.
Raybestos part with 1 1/4" bore is MC22976

Do you have a picture of the master cylinder? I have one with a booster for a 1958 F350.
