Towing capacity F350

I'm considering the purchase of 1995 Powerstroke (7.3) on the F350 dually platform.
This truck is a crewcab Centurion edition in very good condition with just over 100,000 miles.
The truck has a manual trans and I'm wondering what is the towing capacity?
I'm also wondering about the value....
What do you think this truck is worth?
It's the centurion so it's got everything, nice wheels good rubber and the custom gooseneck towing rig with the tailgate.
Please post your thoughts on this, and I appreciate any feed back on this rig and it's reliability.

Not sure of value but I have a 97 crewcab 4x4 manual tranny converted to dually and just hauled a total of 25430 lbs. That's truck trailer and load. For 700 miles no problem. Just leave room for braking.

You need pics to even get an idea of value...and where you are located will have a lot to do with value as well.

I grossed out at 33K with this (pickup included) with a single wheel F250. The firestone air bags got a workout, LOL. Handled great. Pulled it 5K miles.

Pics or a link to the ad would be helpful. As for the towing capacity? Anything you can throw at it. Of course, things like bigger injectors, turbo, an intercooler, etc will increase the power and ease of pulling.

I got ya pics right here

Thanks for all the help everyone.
Here's the images, please let me kmnow what you think this 17 year old truck should go for.
The condition is better than you would expect but it's not what I would call excellent. It's very good with some dents, fading, scratches.
He says it doesn't leak any oil and the clutch has been replaced (He calls it a 21/4"). Claims the oil was ahcnaged every 3000 but has no records.

Yeah, same here. They sell for a lot more around here when the body is in as good of shape as that one is.

The 96 in my sig. is basicly the same as that truck, except it has a Mark IV conversion on it. It has leather seats, a little different paint, fiberglass running boards from Lund, with an auto. It was all stock, and it cost me $7850 20 months ago.

No... it is as it seems or as stated.
I've been watching, checking the responses.
I haven't even been able to test drive it yet because of the hurricane. But when I do I'll be more knowledgable about the price, thanks to you guys.

Thanks everyone for your opinions.
Keep them comming, and don't hesitate to speculate about wht you might be willing to give for it.
I need to make sure the engine and drive train are all there....I'm pretty sure the periferal stuff like the power seats, mirrors and windows are ready to fail after 17 years and that adds you to a lot of time and significant expense.
I was thinknig the manual trans would decrease resale value but I'm not sure.......not too many people will consider that configuration.
What do you guys think of oil analysis?
