Replacing Stereo...Satellite ready enough?

I am looking to replace the stereo in my 2006 F-150 XLT. I currently have Satellite radio service through Sirius. When shopping for a new stereo, do I need to get anything other than "satellite ready"? (translated: is the actual satellite module separate from the stereo...and can I leverage that to get SatNav too?)

I mainly want to get aux input (for iPod) and Bluetooth handsfree phone capability...but am not sure it is worth it if I have to get a whole separate module besides the radio unit. Thanks in advance for your help.

no, sat. ready just means it has the controls for it but not the ant. or receiver. Make sure you get one that is also a Sat. radio or receiver.
