Did you know a prius (sp? ah who cares anyways) will outpull a superduty?
I read it on the internet so it must be true.

I never tow over 9,000 lbs and even at that weight on the rolling hills we have here, there is no way I would be happy with an F150.
It would do it, slowly, but I don't think I could handle it for too long.
The weight of the super duty is a big part of safe towing.

Priu'ie, are way better suited for towing than any truck!
I agree 100% that the weight of an HD truck, make's them better for towing/hauling. I believe that the weight, keep's the trailer from driving the truck.
Tom, on here, has proved his EcoBoost pull's great, than in the same day, he proved that the lack of weight was a bad thing!

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-hd-video.html

"Coming down Mike's very steep road, we had to make a sharp, ~120° left turn at the base of the hill. As I was making the turn the heavy trailer pushed my rear end sideways...I came closer than I ever had to jackknifing into the ditch. I've towed trailers for nearly 300,000 miles and have never had such a close call.

And if that weren't enough, 1/2 mile later I got a "Trailer Wiring Fault" message on the message center and I lost all trailer brakes. Something went awry with the rental trailer and we weren't able to get the brakes working. Scott(Senix) stepped up and volunteered to tow it because he had the heaviest truck there; he got it there with no issues but I'm sure it was a stressful tow! "

Our 8-10" snow storm overnight turned into 15"+ so far with another 8 hours or so of continuing snow fall! Maryland people panic over 2" of snow, but I love a good snow storm! We have all of our normal snow equipment fully engaged plus the state DOT has called for all of our wheel loaders to clear intersections along the highways. We can't move dirt or lay pipe in the snow or rain, but at least when it snows like this everybody gets to work and the equipment rental rates are much higher than normal! Cha-ching!
