79 f250 electric fan or not?
Hey guys I have a 79 f250 4x4 that I put a 81 body on rebuilt the motor and put a 2" body lift on. Having cooling issues due to the stock fan not lining up with the center of the radiator. I'm looking at a new Torqflo electric fan. It's a little pricey but my question is is a 16" fan be enough to cool this beast or should I go with the dual fan setup. The guys at the parts store said the 16" would be more than enough, but I want a second opinion. Also I'm going to get the adjustable thermostat for it I have a 192 in the motor what should I set the new one for the fan at? Thanks for the help guys

Go for the 18-inch Lincoln Mark VIII fan with a SPAL PWM controller.

Oh, your stock alternator probably won't be able to keep up. You should really do the 130-amp alternator swap prior to installing an electric fan.
