spark plug torque?

spark plug torque?

Its a 1997 5.4 liter expedition. I tried researching and the best i could find was 14 ft lbs with anti seeze and 28 without it. Something just doesn't seem right can someone please verify this for me?

97 Expy 5.4L spark plug torque

My Ford service CD says 9-20Nm or 80-178lb/in Doesn't say anything about anti-seize.

My manual says:

Spark Plug

****** name=tps_proctitle content="Spark Plug">Removal and Installation
  1. Remove the coil on plugs. For additional information, refer to Ignition Coil—On Plug (COP) in this section.
  1. NOTE: Remove any foreign material from the spark plug wells with compressed air before removing the spark plugs.
    Remove the spark plugs.
    1. Inspect the spark plugs. For additional information, refer to Section 303-00 .
    1. Adjust the spark plug gap as necessary.
      1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
      Torque to 18nm or 13 lb.ft., nothing about anti-seize.
