Purchased a custom sunshade with "Expedition" screened on it. It came in today but thought it needed a little more. I used my wife's craft cutter on some green vinyl that's a pretty close match with my Green Gem Expy and made a few cuts. I think it turned out very well.

Ordered it with stenciled EXPEDITION on it. I added the KR logo and name using a Cricut type vinyl cutter
