Over the weekend I was presented with my father's day present: A binder containing updated quotes for the shop that I had originally gotten in 2006 as well as the means to pay for it.
Wait what? Yep she'd been planning this for 6 months...
Now I just have to lay out the details, right now the plan is a 30'x40' or possibly 30'x50', with a 12' door in the 30' side, and either another on the other end, or a 10' door on the 40' side.
Looks like this is happening this summer, and I'm thinking major once she's done.

Maybe we've figured out where the Fall GTG should be? Congratulations either way Joe, your one lucky man.

Maybe between your truck & Joe's...but not mine. I'm not going to get 6.0 parts mixed up with 7.3 parts. Just wouldn't be prudent!
I played around a bit this weekend with some layouts, and threw them into some 3d modeling software..
This is the 30x40 layout, the model doesn't show the roof pitch on the 30' side, hence why the 12x12 door is the same height as the roof. The other door is 10x10 and will be used for smaller projects such as lawn mowers, small cars, ect.
To show scale I put a 70's F100 on that side and a 2010 F350 Crew Cab on the other side.
