Best place to drag
Heya Brian,
Don't try it in Owasso. Tooo many cops! They are all over the place. The only major open roads/highways with fewer traffic is hwy169 north from the T.I.R up to hwy412 east.
If you want to try it legally, I bet you could talk to the T.I.R. owner and maybe in exchange for some manual labor, he'd probably let you run your truck on his track a few times. (That's where I'd like to get my burnout pics.) He had a request for volunteers to help clean up the grandstands and paint this past Sunday.
By the way, what are you driving? I didn't see a gallery for your user id? If ya drive in Owasso/Tulsa a lot, you might recognize my truck.

Hey Racer, how did she do at the track? You guys do know right that the Shelby meet is coming up there? Its the 19-22 of june, the 21 (saturday) it'll be at the drag strip, i think last year, it was $35 to race (its bracket racing, so i may take my 2.3L Ranger down the strip, lol) Anyways, maybe some of us can meet up out there. Later.
