Mine hold 6.5 with filter change. If I use 6 then run the motor for a couple mins, shut it off and let it sit for awhile it takes 1/2 qt more to bring to full.
6.2 quarts with filter change. I read it somewhere, that it's 6.2 quarts, maybe in the owner's manual. But damn sure, it takes just slightly more then 6 quarts to hit the full mark on the dipstick.
Well I must put my 2 cents in. Almost all V-10 only need 6 quarts too get within the safe mark. You do not need to fill it to the top of the safe mark. Any good mechanic will tell you not to fill to the very top except on motors with alot of miles that needs all the lube it can get.A little less than full better than over full. I only put 6 qts. with oil change in mine that way I get two changes out of one case. And that brings it within a 1/8 of a quart below the full mark which is where it was from new. Had it changed once by dealer and asked mechanic. He said he only puts 6 qts in.{ well thats my 2 cents. }
