I have read many post regarding the B&W Turnover Hitch (gooseneck) and there is always a mention of the paint/powder coat flaking on the plates. Most of the threads/posts are "older", so I was wondering if this was resolved or is still an issue with the latest models?

I just bought a kit for my 2012 F-350 and was considering having the side plates powder coated locally before installing the hitch.

Thoughts?
