need help in E. Phoenix

I need to make a plea. Does anyone near East Phoenix have time to inspect a truck for me? I think I've found my dream truck, a 1970 Ford F250. I've been looking for 5 months.

This truck is in East Phoenix, the owner lives by 44st on Campbell. I've spoken in depth with the owner and feel this may be the one. I just need someone to verify the condition.

I would post the craigslist add but I can locate it on craigslist at the moment. I have the link saved at home.

Is there anyone that can look at this for me? I'm willing to reimburse fuel cost.

Thanks, guys.

azking_ranch went by for me yesterday but the owner had left. Kevin & I talked and he'll try again, the owner promised he'd meet Kevin.

I bought the truck. I'm working on shipping right now. Thanks for everyone's help. kstones63 looked at it on Tuesday and let me know yesterday it was A OK so I called the owner and told him it was sold.

This truck was in nice shape. There was no rust that I saw other than surface rust. The fender wells in the bed were even in good condition. If I had been looking for one of these trucks, this would have been the one that I would have bought. It had the typical 40 year old truck problems that had been sitting for a few years but nothing major wrong.
I think that you made a good choice in buying this one.

I hope that i didn't steer you wrong at all.

Thanks, Kevin. I'm know it's going to be great when we get it home. Hopefully it will arrive later next week. My whole family is counting down the days.

I hope that he cleaned out all of the junk in the bed and cab for you. I hope he didn't send it all along as a bonus.

Thankfully he cleaned it out. He threw in a set of 16" steel wheels as well when I told him I wanted to find some original hubcaps. He is going to charge the battery and start it so it can drive on a carrier. They charge a hefty winch fee if it doesn't run.
