Rear pump could be failing, or have a plugged filter sock. If the front fuel pump module has failed, the rear pump can be pumping fuel into the front tank, starving the engine.

Time for a new pump and filters. Do a search. There are lots of threads on this. Good luck and welcome to FTE.
