I think this hing is sucking air from somewhere. Been almost all the way through a big bottle of fluid and not any better. Tomorrow I check all the fittings and try again. If no luck I will swap out the master cylinder.

 

New master cylinder solved the issue of air in the lines. It now bleeds as it should. It still seems to be putting more pressure towards the rear... I can only assume I have some lines mixed up. This cleared the fluid all up as well.

Note to self... rebuilt master cylinders are cheaper and more trust worthy than junkyard pieces.

 

Switched the lines around... Much better. Basically the port below the rear reservoir goes to the front brake input on the proportioning valve. The system builds pressure but takes several pumps to do so and it gradually loses said pressure when standing on the pedal. I am thinking this is likely air so I will rebleed the entire system starting with the master cylinder.

Its getting better with each step so hopefully it will be complete soon.

 

Never thought to check the rear wheel cylinders... Apparantly the proportioning valve and master cylinder is working as advertised... Went to adjust rear brakes as I read that can cause excessive pumping and found a blown cylinder in my right rear axle. Since this is all part of a front disc conversion, never expected this since it worked before I started the project.
