First Gen Lighting Frame Twist Question

I'm looking at buying a first generation lighting with a Kenne Bell supercharger and I noticed something that looks a little concerning to me, the bed sits higher on the passenger side compared to the body:

Passenger side

Driver side

Does this look like it could be frame twist or is this just a badly aligned bed?

Thanks for the help!

frame is fine unless it was in an accident. I would check the cab and bed mounts.

That's a bit much. I agree, check the mounts and hardware.
