Snap on Truck Treads for Super Duty?

Watch it here: Snap on Truck Treads for Super Duty?

This is a pretty awesome invention for anyone who has to deal with snow on a regular basis. The device clasps to the wheels of your truck and uses them to turn it treads. Hit the link for the video or them in action on a Super Duty.

Cool stuff.

interesting idea, and more practical than full-time tracks. wonder how they converted the forward motion of tires to the track. It almost looks like the track dives way under the tire with another idler in there to reverse the rotation again. Wonder how reliable it'll hold up to be!

Now that would be cool. I bet it's a pretty penny though.

Those things are really slick. Makes you want to go find some snow to play in. Here in the south, it is hard to come by. I wonder how they do in the sand.

How convenient, my truck would look good with a set of these! Great concept, seems to be a much easier install than the mattracks.

They are cool, I would like to see them in more than snow. Like mud, sand, and rocks/gravel. I like how easy it looks like to put them on.

im seriously suprized that crappy GM front end didnt explode the second he turned the wheels with those tracks on there..

the tie rods can hardly handle the needs of reg. tires. i wouldnt trust that front end to support those tank treads for long..

the SD on the other hand looks right at home with those bad boys strapped to it. pretty loud on the road thou, hahaha..
