off-road light mounting options-09 ex w/grill guard

Im looking to mount some lights on the front of my Ex

My Sheriff's ride is an 09 Ex with a ranch hand grill guard.
I picked up these mounts to mount some lights to the front of my rig. Ranch Hand Products: Miscellaneous

The problem is the upper section of the ranch-hand grill guard angles back parallel with the contour of the front of the EX. The light mounts (above) are 90* angle mounts....so my lights point up into the air and are not able to depress enough to be aimed straight ahead (I was able to get them to fit but its a HUGE PITA and I wont ever be able to use the lights on another vehicle due to the degree of modification I had to do to the lights.

Im going to upgrade to "real" KC style lights (I have cheapo harbor freight lights for now) and since they will be a metal casing design, I will not be able to mod them in the same manner I did w/the HF lights (plastic casing).

My question is how are yall mounting these lights on the front of your Ex's w/grill guards.

Im looking to mount 4 lights and I was thinking maybe something similar in design to this that bolts to either side of the grill guard and has mounting places for four lights....or maybe even something w/more of an arch (like a rally car style with the two middle lights setting higher than the outside two). So far I cant find what Im looking for in the aftermarket...but I'm still looking.

Why not weld some tabs on the middle support bar to mount the lights? It looks fairly straight going accross.
