What;s it like in Montana?

How cold does it get, and what is the soil like?

Can I make a farm there?

What are the land prices?

South of Bozeman in the valley...

I have to move there one day - I don't have a choice

Land any where south of Bozo is crazy expensive, you are better off going closer to Helena. The temps do drop in to the -20s or lower occasionally, but winter is closer to -10 for lows, and 100 for the summer highs.
Most of the land is rocky unless it is an existing farm then it has been derocked.
What type of farm are you thinking of?

I don't really know at this point.

Tell me this (oddly enough) are there any flooded mines in the mountains around there?

What I'm looking for in that is a permanent water source, and I don't care if I ruin my chances by suggesting it.

Any mine that is ruined in THAT way, is a treasure indeed - but it is the water itself that is worth it's weight in cash.

Some people think I'm a genius. I just daydream a lot...

IF YOU COULD GET RID OF THE WATER, YOU CAN WORK THE MINE

BUT!
~That isn't a mine for what you think - it's an inexhaustible resource of the very thing needed in that area!

Around us you only need to go 20 ft in some areas for water.

I think I'm going to give up on the idea in favor of Houston TX, believe it or not

Even though it may seem to some that spitting on a sidewalk carries the death penalty...

A place where criminals are scared for their lives agrees with me
