2011 Expy transmission hard shifting….

I have google long time to find answer and solution for my problem. But that was useless.

My 2011 Expy (20,000 KM) is have problem with transmission when it up shifting 1-2. This problem happens sometime, and when I accelerate truck from stop for one second and before 10 km/hr, I remove my foot and leave the tuck without accelerating and without break also. So, then transmission do harsh shifting from 1-2 with bump. Same thing happen when it shifting from 2-3.

With smooth accelerating, all things work good, but still I feel slight bump with deceleration.

I have visits my dealer two times, but no benefits.
So, can you help to understand what is going with transmission?

I had the same trouble with my 2011 Expy el I took it back to the dealer 4 times They kept telling me nothing was wrong so the would reflash it and it would work for about 3 days then shift bad again. It was worse when I towed my trailer. Then it started to act up in reverse. then the dealer found a seal bad inside of the transmission and replaced it. It helped but did not completely fix it. So I filed a Lemon law suit thru the BBB. That got their attention so they put a new value body in it. And that took care of most of the problem. Ford also said they know they have problem, ford thinks it is in the learning side of the transmission controler. and are working on a fix. Ford did give me a 5 yr 75000 mile service contract and a 3yr maintenance contract and will get back to me on a fix.
So far it is working pretty well also I nolonger tow with it.
