I jacked the front suspension up until the "pegs" touched the frame. Then I aligned the whole suspension left and right along with spacing from the front. After I got the front suspension sitting the way I wanted it, I marked the holes on the bottom of the frame (through the factory holes in the CV IFS) with a paint pen. Then I bolted the top part of the front suspension on (the part that kind of folds over on top of the frame ). Then I marked those holes as well with a paint pen. After I got all the holes marked I drilled them out.

NOTE: Once I got the holes drilled out, the sleeves fit very tight and had no "wiggle room" to fine tune the adjustment; so I cut the holes out a little larger in diameter with a torch to accommodate. I also used the 12"-15" section of frame off of the CV that the suspension bolted through. You can check my Buildup thread to get more details.

Hope this helps!
