1960 f100 wire haness sections (who has them)
I am needing the body to tail lamp harness along with the pigtails and socket that plug into that harness and pop into the tail lamp bucket. Also meeding the harness or harnesses that plug into the firewall just right of the brake master cylinder.
Who makes them? Whats the difrence between 58 and 59? Hard to believe 60 is soo much different. In every website or catalog the 60 is left out. Why is that?

Have you checked Mac's? They have a good selection (if I remember correct, might have been Sacramento) although their online catalog layout is not my favorite. However in the time it takes to get them. You could build your own, there is only three wires to the rear, unless you want backup lights or any other auxiliary needs.
Good luck

The biggest difference is the addition of a fuse block plugged into the headlamp switch. The '59 has a couple fuses made into the headlamp switch but the '60 has a seperate fuse block that the headlamp switch plugs into. There are some custom harness makers out there but be ready to pay! It would be cheaper to get another whole parts truck with a decent harness than to have one made. They are not that complex once you get them out and see what they are comprised of.

I just looked up almost all the sub-sections of the 1960 F100 wiring harness, which included :
Dash Panel to Engine
Dash Panel to Headlight Junction
Cowl
Rear Lamp
I ran the parts numbers through PartsVoice and came up with zero hits on any of them.
If NumberDummy sees this,he can check additional sources, if he's inclined, the planets are in alignment, and "She Who Must Be Obeyed" hasn't given him a beat-down recently.LOL

This is your lucky day. As you have already been informed, the 1960 harnesses differ from the 1957-1959 harnesses due to the different plug ends. During my last search, not a single company replicates any of the 1960 harnesses. Last year, I send my original frame-mounted taillight harness to YnZ Yesterday's Parts for replication and use on the concours restoration of my 1960 F-100. The replicated harness was an exact copy, right down to the markings on the molded plugs. I'm not sure if they have added it to their online catalog, but they do have the pattern from my harness on file for future orders. If I recall, the harness was just under $100. They can replicate any harness you may require. Below is the link to their website.

1960 wiring harness
They are reproducing the 60 harnesses including the individual pieces such as the tailight body harness and crossover. They can be purchased at Dennis Carpenter, National Parts Depot, and Macs. I bought a complete set including all wires thru Alloy Metal Products out of New York and their complete set is around $800 but includes all wires for truck. We are lucky. The first set I had made was 5 years ago because it was not reproduced but it is now. Now if we could only get reproduction steel fenders, and tailight panels.

Yes. They are just starting to carry them. Look at online catalog for National Parts Depot. Click on wiring. They have now the interior dash harness, exterior plug in to headlights and the other plug in for engine accessories. They also have engine gauge plug in, headlight, body, tailight crossover, etc. Price is around $550 for under dash harness, and exterior plug ins for engine are over 100 for one and 83 for other. Of course other accessories will be more. I looked recently and Macs online is carrying them. Good luck.
