I have a 2011 F350 6.7 diesel, crew cab, automatic, 4x4, and with a combination of city/freeway driving at 55-60mph i'm getting 14-14.5mpg. Is that about normal for the 6.7?
WOW! I am lucky to get 11mpg city and about 14-15mpg highway. Its a 2012 F-350 larait crew 4x4. I even put an H&S Tuner on it, didnt make it any better. Dissapointed in my mpg but I still love my truck
Mileage does improve as the engine gets some miles on it.
Small city driving (Great Falls Montana) I see 14+ mpg.
Open highway: 65mph = 19-20mpg / 75mph = 18mpg. Put a tonneau cover over the bed and Highway mileage goes up by as much as 2 mpg.
On a recent trip to Dallas, mpg was 19 on the way up. Sat for two days and drove back to Houston and could only manage 17. Same tank of fuel, configuration and cargo. Nothing in tow.
Guessing wind and cruise usage could have been the culprit.

Was this before or after you put the 38" tires on it?
