Wheel lug nut torque

I have looked at multiple threads at different sits talking about the specs for the wheel lugs nuts. I have seen around 160 to 170 ft. lbs. My main question is what is the correct torque specs for the wheel lug nuts. I'm planning on changing my rotors and brake pads and when I put the wheels back on I want to make sure the wheels are to proper torque.

SRW? 150 ft-lbs in the manual for 2007, but 2004 listed 150-165 ft-lbs. Same chart, same fastener size, just had a range for the spec.
