2011 F250 lvl kit/lift plow and rough ride. need advice

I have a 2011 f250 V8 6.2l super cab and i was curious about getting a 2in or 2.5 in leveling kit or maybe lifting it so i can run like 20in rims and some bigger tires but i also plow with it. I live in NJ and plow a couple lots. I was wondering how bad it would be plowing with a leveling kit on or even lifting it a few inches. Also it rides very rough, the roads are horrible around town and anytime i hit a couple pot holes or bumps the truck gets tossed around alot almost uncontrollable at times. Ive brought it back to ford and they made it a little better ive also let air out of the tires and its still bad. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I've read a lot of posts proclaiming the Bilstien shocks greatly improving the ride....empty. Couple of questions; does it alter the tow capacity, and if I'm not interested in any lift increase are they still am viable option to improved the ride? Lastly, ballpark cost?

Probably $75-$100 a shock. It doesn't alter the towing capacity.

I paid $299 for my Rancho 9000's, love being able to adjust them for my needs (empty, towing, etc.).
