4.2L Rear Main Seal Install Tool?

The web site for this install tool says it works with the Ford 3.8L V6 & so on. It does not say anything about the Ford 4.2L V6. Both blocks are identical, except the 4.2L has a bigger stroke, so I hear. Both blocks do have a 1 piece seal. So, will this tool install the Rear Main Seal in the 4.2L motor also?
