Explorer After Market Accessories

Just bought a used 2011 Explorer and really like it. Downsized from a Lincoln Mark LT truck so I am still adjusting. Back up Camera is great and have gotten used to that in a hurry!

My question to owners of the 2011 or 2012 Explorer is what have you done to your vehicle since you purchasd it? (Running boards, bug deflector, etc).

Would be cool to see pictures of any customization you have done.

Bumping this.

I would really like to see some pics as well! I really like these new Explorers and am anxious to see some mods.

I don't plan on any, 1- it's my wife's car and she don't like that sort of thing, and 2- it's a lease. But I would like to see some of the mods too. Little things seem to make the biggest difference.

There aren't that many toys or mods to do with these things beyond the Ford accessory parts catalog. I love making changes to my rides, but this one is staying pretty stock for now.

Mine is a lease and I am not doing anything to it. That is why I did not get the EB, why pay for something for someone else to have. Besides the gas mileage is pretty good with the V6, would have to get 10 MPG more to make up the cost difference. If I was buying I would get it though.

2012 and we have tinted the front windows, installed mud flaps, installed hood bug deflector and vent visor window deflectors. It looks great. The wheels that came on it are already awesome.
