Hey guys its been a while since I have checked in. I am looking to finally start my rebuild project. I am hoping to pull the engine this month and get started rebuilding my 360 and turning it into a 390. Also I would like to get the body off the paint and body shop. My problem is this is my first project and I need some help in finding a good machine shop and a good paint and body shop.

I am in Helena, AL just south of Birmingham, I would love to hear any local suggestions you guys have. Thanks for your help.
