Lightning oil cooler

MY question is on a 1993 351 Windsor lightning motor can I turn the way the oil cooler sits around ? it bolts on the oil filter outlet and has two ports for the water to run through but it won't fit rite unless I turn it all facing the back of the motor. I don't think this will cause a problem but just wanna be sure thanks for any help!!!!

As long as you extend the coolant lines then it shouldn't be an issue. Otherwise, you can remove the oil cooler, install a one piece lower radiator hose from an earlier F-series (like a 1990) and run an FL-1A oil filter instead of the FL-820s.
