Thanks for posting the dates. I am hoping to be finished with my '54 in time for Cruisin' the Coast in October. Going to a few shows in between seems to help keep the motivation up there. Thanks, Steve

Adam, I wish i was computer literate enough to do that, but I'm OLD!! What can I say! But then I know you know that. I'm the guy that came up and bought your old hood. Seriously, I'll try to get some pictures (and some help) and put them on here. I'll have to do it while I'm at work (offshore oil) as I have no computer at home - by choice. I guess one day I'll even have to get a cell phone. I'm just not that much into that stuff. I am supposed to get my hood back from my painter when I get back home this time. I hung the newly painted doors last week after the fun of installing the door weatherstripping. Amazingly enough, the rubber had been unopened since who knows when. I bought the truck as a project in 2003 and I got the door seals with it. Could not believe it was still like brand new!

That's a great post Jack. I'll try & make sure it gets bumped & possibly if folks make it to individual shows as visitors or exhibitors, members can meet up at the events.

Steve, just get a camera next time you home and take a bunch of pictures. Then bring it and the little cord that connects it to a pc and bring it back on the rig with you (if they allow cameras out there) and get a new hire to do it for you! glad to hear the rubber was still good!

Next week they have a big car truck show in Tunica at Sam's club.

Jack, no it's not the same one. Showfest is a really good show.......I used to make it every year when it was in Greenville Ms.

I think it got too big for greenville. I used to be in a club in south Ms. called Psychotic Illusions, the last year that I lived down there I think there was close to 20 trucks from our club that went.......that looked really cool seeing that many lowrider trucks going down the highway all in a line!

You should go to this show, I cant make it this year due to going to the beach for our 10 year anniversary. I told the wife we will be having a showfest/supernat 11 year anniversary tho!
