I wanted to put together a Bilstein Shock reference guide for the members. The following are a list of available Bilstein Shocks for the 2004 - 2008 Ford F150.

Bilstein 5100 Series
Bilstein 5100 Series Ride Height Adjustable Shock Absorbers are designed for front coilover style pickup suspensions. The monotube shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the shock body allow for different spring seat positions, providing 0"-2.5" of front end lift, depending on application. Provides increased wheel travel and improved handling! (zinc-plated steel body, Triple-C-Technology coating)

My front 4600's had two adjustments, one for Explorer and one for F150. You could get an inch of lift by using the Explorer grove.
