Question Id - Dive-6015-a2b

Casting number for the 460 in my truck looking for information about its source, vehicle and year and any other helpful info those numbers provide?

Just in case the title didn't catch it all the casting number on the block above the starter is DIVE-6015-A2B. The "I" in DIVE may be a 1 I really don't know if it should be a letter or number.

Just for giggles here was my stab at it so tell me how wrong I am. 76 Lincoln first casting series. Thanks.

Sorry to waste your time I looked for an older post I thought I saw once and found one with the same ID. Now I know it to be a 71 Lincoln with 10.310 Deck Height. I know that I need to pull the intake manifold to find the date cast which doesn't really matter for my concerns.

But is there any absolute way to know what vehicle type this motor came from? It has car manifolds so i must assume Lincoln.

Thanks Biscuit

Great Forum sometimes I need to slow done and search before asking.
