01 with a check engine light on

well my 01 i just bought has got a check engine light they say the bank 2 is lean ? i really dont know what bank 2 really means is it the left or right side? some people in the fourms say my intake is leaking. i thought it would be a O2 sensor, but the parts store just gave me a list what could be wrong, but if it is the intake would it not give a me a bank 1 and 2 lean not just one side, i dont know i have not messed with fuel injected engines before. the ones i have owned in the the past if the light came on and stayed on i would just sell it dirt cheap and buy something else LOL.
all this electrical stuff and computerized stuff is intimidating

Standing in front of the truck bank two is right or driver side. So here is the checklist

Easy checks first
Check your vacuum lines for leaks
If you cant find one near the pcv then keep looking. Normally a vacuum line leak will cause both banks to get lean fuel codes.
But check anyhow
Then check the MAF sensor for filth and clean it.
Then check your fuel pressure
Make sure the air filter is clean.
I have used some carb cleaner to spray around the and can sense a eng change when the rich fuel enters at the leak point.
If you have a good scanner you can measure voltage of the O2 sensor and spray a little carb cleaner into the the intake via a small hose or other entry point. Both O2 sensors should read upscale the one that does not is the bad one.

Hope its a vacuum leak. My daughters did this yesterday after a cold spell but she had both bank DTC's it was a vacuum line.
