I hate to say it, but that looks like a Dodge to me. To Rounded to be a Ford.

I bet that fella needed some new shorts too. Can't imaging what was going through his mind.

According to the text on YouTube with this video (click on "Replay" on the FTE version to get there):

WATCH THIS!! Truck Jumping Snow Bank 2010 - Scotty broke his back on this jump. He had to get 2 TITANIUM RODS and 8 SCREWS afterward in surgery. Scotty was airborne about 25ft! Crazy times in the now destroyed 4x4 Ford-F150. He expected to make an almost full recovery.

Sure looked like the driveshaft let go right at the end. Otherwise a nice flight, stewardesses were friendly, nice touchdown and straight up the runway.

Wonder how the TSA check went??

You are never borrowing any of my vehicles. However, that was a really good video to show how tough those Ford vans are. My neighbor and I have kicked around the idea of that to a thrown together vehicle.

I used to know a guy whos parents owned a salvage yard when were in Jr. High.We had a Nissan Sentra that was cut in half right behind the front seats(no back wheels). With a little help from the yard hands we rigged up a fuel cell for it and drove it around like that.It was hard to see over the dash due to the crazy angle we were sitting at, but , we managed. We took it out on the main roads once or twice(just for like a blk or two b/c we were scared we wouldnt be able to get it back). You should have seen the looks we got from people on the road .

How STUPID is this guy? I really HOPE he was O.K and did NOT get hurt!!! Would NOT catch me doing that w/any vehicle. Was this guy trying to imitate Evil Knevil?

He broke his back.
He had to get titanium rods and screws, but is supposed to recover.
