Guard Rail Front Bumper
Anyone else ever do anything like this? I'm going to hopefully attempt it this afternoon on my 95 F350 PSD.

angling off the sides, grinding down the welds of course, paint, and maybe some fog lights recessed in the center

Nice rice pusher!!! Homemade bumpers are the best way for a truck to have attitude. All I would have done different is to have put relief slits in the rail..then put the bend in to give it a softer angel. But looks great! Make sure you post the finished product

True!!!! It may help to use an etching primer.
And I have heard (have no proof) that a good rub down with vinegar first will help...

No problem, most body panels are galvanized anyway.
