Oil Cooler Replacement Parts List

I am Planning on replacing the oil cooler in my truck in the next week or So. I am needing a parts list of what needs to be replaced while i am in there and also of anything That is a good idea while i am in there. Cant afford the Bullet Proof system but would love to have it. Id there another dependable aftermarket cooler or just go OEM. Where have you guys found the best prices on parts or does someone sell a kit with everything i need? I have a dealer discount at the local ford store with 25% off of list.
Thanks for the help like always
PS truck has EGR delete already.

It really depends on your MY truck, for example my truck as an 05 had issues with the Snap-to-connect fitting on the Hpop, my oil feed line there is an update, the turbo drain there is an update. MY aside you'll need

1 intake gaskets with front cover o-ring
2 fuel housing o-ring kit
3 oil filter
4 fuel filters
5 oil cooler gasket set
6 turbo oil line feed o- ring although you could reuse
7 turbo drain o-rings there are 2
8 2 cans of brake cleaner
9 14-15 qt of oil

I think I'm missing something, I don't have the part numbers handy

Oh, there is an o-ring on your intake for the CCV system that goes missing in the job like mine did, you'll need that

Unless I missed it, it always helps to put your truck year and mods in your sig. You get better info that way.

Sorry, but I'm calling BS on the portion of the quote highlighted in BOLD RED. Last time I checked, every oil cooler kit comes with the housing cover gaskets, o-rings and and the screen too, unless there's been yet another change up that I'm unaware of.

3C3Z-6A642-BB is/was the part number for the entire oil cooler itself. It is now obsolete. 3C3Z-6A642-CA is the part number for the oil cooler kit with all o-rings and gaskets as well as the screen under the oil cooler.

Raptor what is the brake clean for. Just to clean up the top of the motor or something specific? Since my truck is an 04 should I look into the updated oil feed and return lines also the stc fitting?

I don't think you need to worry about the STC on your truck...pretty sure it doesn't apply to an '04; that's an '05 issue. As far as the brake clean...it's to help clean the area around the HPOP reservoir.
