Smile Did Ya See the NavTeq Mapping Car Driving Around Tulsa?

I saw it driving around Tulsa the last few days. Looks like they may be updating their mapping databases soon? Kinda neat to see it driving around. It's got an equipment pedestal mounted to the top rear of the roof that looks like it may have cameras and possibly a professional trimble gps system in there as well. That's gotta be a cool and fun job; just drive around the country and let the equipment record the current roads.

Yup I've seen the google car. In fact, I seen it one morning while sitting in my brown 76 F150 while I was sitting out front of work. A few months later I looked up my job, and there I am sitting in my truck. You can't see me thru the tint but I know I'm in there. Search on google maps for 120 Falcon dr okc ok, go to street view and look for me in front of HP Racing. I'm almost famous!!!
