Exclamation 6.0l turbo diesel cranks no start

i have 2005 f-450 6.0l turbo diesel that came in for low power and running rough..... so i had my technician diagnose it and what he came up with was it was not going through the buzz test for the injectors, so we had a ficm replaced and flashed, and got it running, next day customer drives to the gas station and turns off vehicle after fueling vehicle cranks and no start, we tried to diagnose it again and we ended up putting another ficm and flashing but still no crank no start then we put on hpop and still nothing, then we sent it to ford and have them to diagnose and they came back with the ipr voltage reading was low, so they suggested changing it out so we did, replaced and it took awhile to start but finally did, a week later customer brings truck back to change out tire we return it and and vehicle dies on us and cranks but wont start..... so we bring it back and try to diagnose but no luck, we send it back to the dealer and they tell us that there is alot of trash build in the ipr and looks beatup, so we change it out along with egr cooler the screen and cleaned it out, put it back together and still cranks but no start, did some reseaqrch online and saw some ploblems with the dummy plug o-rings, so we changed tose out aswell due to the orings had tears and pieces missing but still cranks no start..... so at this point i have no clue, and to see if anyone has any advice on what to check next??? would gladly appreciate it

Maybe ficm wiring harness. Hard to tell. Alot of work has been done without diagnosing the problem. Any codes?? How about the fuel pressure?

PLEASE don't use any starting fluid. That's an easy to break pistons and rings.

Air test the HPO system and look/listen for a leak. Also, what is your ICP voltage and IPR% cranking. Give us something other than repair descriptions please. Numbers help a LOT. Regarding the HPOP---just because you replaced it doesn't necessarily mean it's good. I've seen more than one "new" HPOP be bad.

What are you using to read the codes? My experience has been that the generic scanners will only scan the OBDII faults the pertain to the emissions. You need something that can scan the ford enhanced codes. When scanning my truck, no codes were reported using generic scanners. Auto Enginuity reported 8 that the others didn't "see".

Not trying to be a smart **** but why don't you let the dealer fix it, they have the tools and know how to do it . Also if the dealer told you the IPR had trash in it the second time they had it then they had to have it out to see it , so then they put it back and told you about it .
