New Guy

My name is Rick I am not new to MI but I am a newly graduated UTI student got out of Active Army and went to school for Auto/Diesel and Industrial. I am a diesel guy for sure I applied for several jobs here and think I landed a Ford Diesel Technician job with a Ford dealer in my city so I am happy about that.

Welcome aboard soldier! Battle Creek isn't too far away from me. And yeah, once you drive a diesel, you're always going to have one. Even IF Volkswagen built it. heh heh heh.

Yeah keep getting told I should apply for an AGR job over there so I can retire right here in MI and I am giving it a thought. How long has that VA Hospital been there?

Rick,
If you was active army then the conversion will be easy. Also the time put in will count towards your reserve time. My Navy did. Getting a very nice check each month after I turned 60. Free medical also.

NO I'm not a recruiter. A former career councelor

Good man. Think hard about it. If you became officer where would you drill as officer billets are hard to find. Ask.
