Well I finally found me some seats for my 56. These are a set of black leather seats out of a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Need to find some seat belts now.[/IMG][/IMG]

Those seats look great, I would be sitting behind the wheel acting like I was driving if mine had a seat!

I would almost say you been watching me. I'm leaning on cutting a couple of inches above the steering column to allow it to tilt just a little more. I have the linkage to tie into the racket pinion ( three u-joints, bearing hanger & 3/4" bar ) but I waited for a seat to see how it fitted first, just in case I wanted to move it around some. Been working to much to get anything done.

I went with a 32" column but I wish I would had went shorter maybe 30 or 31. I think this would had give me more room around the plug wires. You can see the line above the column where I'm thinking about cutting out some to help get more tilt at the steering wheel end.

Been working on the rear lower corners.Just about done with the right side.
Replaced the inner and outer corner.
This is the right inner section.

This is the outer section.

This is the cut away on the drivers side. This side will need the inner and outer plus the rocker panel and the lower section of the door post replaced.

As you can see there is a lot of rust still to cut out.

Good looking work on your cab corners.....ill be doing mine soon also. I have the new outside pieces but didn't order the inside yet. Don't really know if I need them until I do some cutting.

Adam,
I replace the firewall. It came as two pieces. I wish I could had found a nice low rust cab around this area but I didn't have any luck. On the cab I've had to replace the firewall, front floor pans, rear inner and outer corners, both rear lower door jams and one rocker arm.
