I am looking to adopt my wives two girls... just trying to figure out the way to go about this in this LOVELY state. I think I found the form I need... but I wanted to see if anyone here had experience with it firsthand. Thanks

 

Sorry never had looked into, but I am sure the state doesn't make it easy..

I think it may be easy if all the parties agree on the adoption..

My sisters' hubby adopted her 2 girls...but...that was many years ago. If the kids are free for adoption...I don't think it should be too difficult. Have you contacted an attorney???

Rich the court house will be able to help you out with the filling out of the forms to on how to file them. When I went for temp custody of my daughter they were great as far as that aspect. I now have full legal physical custody of her. If I can help in any way let me know.
