Fuel pressure rail code and stalling...V10

Hello all, I have a 06 Van with a v10. recently it's started to stall, sometimes at idle or starting out or when driving. A little history. My check engine light has been on for about 2 years now. My reader shows a, P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor Code. I had the pressure sensor replaced but it did nothing the engine light was back on in a few days. Since then it has run fine with no problems at all so I left it alone. That was until lat week or so, then it started stalling. I hooked the reader up yesterday and it was showing an open fuel injector circuit on cyl. 1 code. So I replaced the #1 fuel injector. and reset the computer. After a testdrive it's showing the P0191 code again and still stalling. I did try to get a pressure gauge for the fuel system but it wont screw onto the port so I don't know what my pressure is. So anyone have any ideas? I would like to solve this, so my wife doesn't Wreck the van when it stalls then next time. A 7000K Quigley 4x4 van is a lot to handle when you can't steer and the power brakes don't work!

I tried to find the IAC but the van V10 is diff then the F-350 and I can't find it. The engine will idle at about 580 RPMs according to my Innova meter, if I rev it up to 2K or so and then let it off it falls down to 220 RPMs or just stalls out.

I believe I would try and find a gauge that you can hook up so that the fuel pressure can be read. Until then you are just guessing as to what is going on with the fuel pump.

I believe you have a 2V V10 and I'll assume you have the same fuel rail as my 2000. I used the Autometer #3280 fuel rail adapter to install my sensor. It will allow you to install a 1/8 NPT gauge. You can find the same adapters for less if you look around. Hope this helps out!
